本課程在研討人力資源管理之主要專題及實務應用，透過理論架構複習及實務案例的導入，探討企業人力資源管理之規劃實施及評估控制，提供管理者建置與應用人力資源管理之有效學習。This course studies the main topics and practical applications of human resource management. Through the review of theoretical framework and the introduction of practical cases, it explores the planning, implementation and evaluation control of corporate human resource management, and provides managers with effective learning in establishing and applying human resource management.
