一、博士班 1.「進度報告」為每年一次，於下學期（2∼6月）舉行，以英文講述。 2.上學期（9∼1月）為「文獻報導」，以英文或中文報告，題材不拘，建議由研究生與指導老師共同從各領域中的前30％雜誌選擇一篇 paper報告，如因題目或性質所需而報告一篇以上的 paper時，需要妥善綜合，原則上要敘述特定目的、問題動機及實驗設計，再逐步導入結果及結論。 3.擬於上學期畢業者，仍依系裡規定，做口試前的論文報告。
二、碩士班碩一上學期以中文做「文獻報導」，以後的每學期以英文或中文做「進度報告」。

1. Doctoral Class 1. "Progress Report" is once a year and is held in the next session (February to June), and is described in English. 2. The previous school period (September to January) is a "text report", which reports in English or Chinese, with no restrictions on the subject matter. It is recommended that graduate students and the guidance teacher jointly choose a paper report from the top 30% of the magazines in each field. In principle, a specific purpose, problem motor and experimental design should be stated, and then the results and conclusions should be gradually introduced. 3. 此課程探討電腦科學相關主題及其應用與發展，除了安排學生簡報所研讀的計算機科學與資訊工程相關主題論文之外，並邀請學術界知名學者或是產業界經驗豐富之實務工作者進行演講與交流，討論計算機科學與資訊工程各個研究領域的現況與趨勢，以增加學生對資訊領域的廣度。

This course explores the topics related to computer science and their applications and development. In addition to arrange the topics related to computer science and information engineering that students read, they also invite well-known academic scholars or experienced practical workers in the industry to give lectures and exchanges, discuss the current situation and trends of various research areas of computer science and information engineering, so as to increase students' broadness in the information field.
