本課程目的主要在於建立學生基本的國際私法理論概念、協助學生思考並培養解決國際私法問題之能力。針對大四學生,採用「立體化」的法律教學概念:即連結點、線、面的理論基礎,輔以司法實務高度作為整體國際私法「建築」概念之方式(一堂至少一個法院判決案例討論)。不但計畫在理論的縱深上詳細說明各項概念,並且期待能培養學生面對未來涉外實務細節時,能具備有系統的思考能力。The main purpose of this course is to establish students' basic theoretical concepts of private international law and to help students think about and develop their ability to solve private international law issues. For senior students, a "three-dimensional" legal teaching concept is adopted: that is, the theoretical basis of connecting points, lines, and planes, supplemented by judicial practice as a method of the overall "architectural" concept of international private law (discuss at least one court judgment case in one class) . Not only does it plan to explain various concepts in detail in theoretical depth, but it also hopes to cultivate students' systematic thinking ability when facing the details of future foreign-related practice.
本課程介紹有關涉外民事問題之解決辦法,除討論我國涉外民事問題之解決辦法外,並研究其他國家關於涉外問題之解決辦法。
This course introduces the solutions to foreign-related civil issues. In addition to discussing the solutions to foreign-related civil issues in my country, it also studies the solutions to foreign-related issues in other countries.
