就法律專業倫理部份，本課程希望完成以下目標：
1. 理解現行關於法律專業倫理之相關規範。
2. 發掘法律專業倫理規範所存在之問題。
3. 於個案中對於規範倫理做出適切判斷。
4. 學習分析專業倫理案例之方法。Regarding the legal professional ethics section, this course hopes to complete the following goals:
1. Understand the relevant regulations regarding professional legal ethics.
2. Explore the problems existing in the legal professional ethics regulations.
3. Make appropriate judgments on the scope of the rule in a case.
4. Learn how to analyze professional ethics cases.
