近年來，法律和文學的比較研究吸引了西方數以百計的眾多學者，並且取得了許多成就。但是在台灣它仍然是一個待開發的領域，法律和文學的跨學科研究作為一個研究學科幾乎都沒有建立，到目前為止，法律和文學似乎仍被視為互不相干、完全分開的兩個領域。
作為一個喜愛文學的法學研究者，我試圖在這方面做一些學科交叉的研究工作，且在研究所開設“法律與文學比較研究”的課程。這個課程打破法律與文學研究領域的封閉體系，著重關注法律（特別是刑事法）和文學的相互關係、共同規律以及基本衝突。本課程對法律人的專業學習很有幫助。In recent years, the comparative study of law and literature has attracted hundreds of scholars from the West and has made many achievements. But it is still an undeveloped field in Taiwan. The interdisciplinary study of law and literature as a research discipline has hardly been established. So far, law and literature still seem to be regarded as two unrelated and completely separate fields. .
As a legal researcher who loves literature, I try to do some interdisciplinary research in this area and offer a course on "Comparative Studies of Law and Literature" at the institute. This course breaks the closed system in the field of law and literature studies and focuses on the mutual relations, common laws and basic conflicts between law (especially criminal law) and literature. This course is very helpful for the professional study of legal professionals.
