本課程針對大三學生，併用學說理論解說與案例演習實作之教授方式，期結合修課學生已有之專業智識基礎，輔以對實務運作之認知，培養修課學生對於我國民事契約法律之興趣，並建立其對於契約法之基礎認知。This course is aimed at junior students. It uses theoretical explanations and case exercises to teach students. It combines the students' existing professional knowledge foundation, supplemented by their understanding of practical operations, to cultivate students' understanding of my country's civil contract law. interest and establish their basic understanding of contract law.
