本課程針對大三學生，併用學說理論解說與案例實作之教學方式，期待建立修課學生基礎法學素養與思考模式培養，並培養對於我國民事契約法律之興趣。

This course is aimed at junior students and uses the teaching method of theoretical explanation and case implementation. It is expected to establish the students' basic legal literacy and thinking mode, and cultivate their interest in my country's civil contract law.
