教學目的在使學生透過實驗操作、現象觀察、化合物製備、分離提煉到鑑定的過程，增進學生操作技巧，再經由實驗紀錄、思考、總結、歸納形成對有機反應及化合物的瞭解與認識。The purpose of teaching is to enable students to improve their operational skills through the process of experimental operations, phenomenon observation, compound preparation, separation and extraction, and identification, and then to form an understanding of organic reactions and compounds through experimental recording, thinking, summary, and induction.
