鮮乳及乳製品在人類生活中扮演重要角色，乳牛學重在教導學生生產經營的基本概念，經營過程中如何降低生產成本，增加乳及其副產品的附加價值是一重要課題。另外學生可透過現場觀摩及善用網路資訊獲取新知並與乳業先進國家接軌，對本省乳業發展有其正面意義。Fresh milk and dairy products play an important role in human life. Dairy cow science focuses on teaching students the basic concepts of production and management. How to reduce production costs and increase the added value of milk and its by-products during the management process is an important topic. In addition, students can acquire new knowledge through on-site observation and make good use of online information and integrate with advanced countries in the dairy industry, which has positive significance for the development of the province's dairy industry.
