本課程的教學目標是使同學們瞭解家畜各系統之形態、構造、生理功能及機制，以建立好未來許多專業科目學習或生理學研究的基礎。本課程為學年課，上學期所授內容除簡介與細胞學以外，涵蓋骨骼系統、關節系統、肌肉系統、神經系統、感官系統與血液學；下學期涵蓋循環系統、呼吸系統、消化系統、泌尿系統與內分泌系統 (包括性腺)。The teaching objectives of this course are to enable students to understand the shape, structure, physiological functions and mechanisms of various domestic animal systems, so as to establish the foundation for many professional subject learning or physiological research in the future. This course is a year course. In addition to introduction and cell school, the content taught in the first period covers skeletal system, correlation system, muscle system, neural system, sensory system and blood; in the next period covers circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, and urinary system; in the next period, the circulation system, respiratory system, digestive system, and urine. System and endocrine system (including gonads).
