人類行為與社會環境是社會工作系的必修課程,作為一個專業的社會工作師必須對人類行為有多元的瞭解。人在情境中是這門課的重要概念。因此一方面要探討人類在發展的不同階段的生理、心理與社會面的重要發展及關鍵性的影響因素及意義,另一方面要觸及與人類因應境有關的重要社會環境。人類在社會環境中有哪些因素是優勢,哪些因素是屬於弱勢或傷害性的元素。人類行為又如何受內在本身因素及外在社會環境因素的影響。我們作為一個社會工作者要如何做一個協助案主適應及滿足需要的中介者。如何協助案主與社會環境中的調適,如何由社會環境中取得資源同時減少社會環境的傷害因素也是這門課包含的重點。藉著理論與實務的整合與介紹,充實學生有瞭解及分析個案的能力並且增進學生做處遇計畫的確實條件是本課程的目標。
Human Behavior and Social Environment is a required course in the Department of Social Work. As a professional social worker, you must have a diverse understanding of human behavior. Person-in-situation is an important concept in this course. Therefore, on the one hand, it is necessary to explore the important physiological, psychological and social developments and key influencing factors and significance of human beings at different stages of development; on the other hand, it is necessary to touch on the important social environment related to human response to the environment. Which factors are advantages for human beings in the social environment, and which factors are disadvantages or harmful elements. How human behavior is affected by internal factors and external social environmental factors. How can we, as social workers, be intermediaries who help clients adapt and meet their needs. How to help the client adjust to the social environment, how to obtain resources from the social environment while reducing the harmful factors of the social environment are also the focus of this course. Through the integration and introduction of theory and practice, the goal of this course is to enrich students' ability to understand and analyze cases and to enhance students' practical conditions for making treatment plans.
