人類行為與社會環境是社會工作系的必修課程,作為一個專業的社會工作師必須對人類行為有多元的瞭解。人在情境中是這門課的重要概念。因此一方面要探討人類在發展的不同階段的生理、心理與社會面的重要發展及關鍵性的影響因素及意義,另一方面要觸及與人類因應境有關的重要社會環境。人類在社會環境中有哪些因素是優勢,哪些因素是屬於弱勢或傷害性的元素。人類行為又如何受內在本身因素及外在社會環境因素的影響。我們作為一個社會工作者要如何做一個協助案主適應及滿足需要的中介者。如何協助案主與社會環境中的調適,如何由社會環境中取得資源同時減少社會環境的傷害因素也是這門課包含的重點。藉著理論與實務的整合與介紹,充實學生有瞭解及分析個案的能力並且增進學生做處遇計畫的確實條件是本課程的目標。
Human behavior and social environment are compulsory courses in the social work department. As a professional social worker, you must have a diverse understanding of human behavior. People are an important concept in this course in a situation. Therefore, on the one hand, we should explore the important physiological, psychological and social development and key influence factors and meanings of human development at different stages of development. On the other hand, we should contact important social environments related to human factors. What factors are advantages in humans in the social environment and which factors are weak or harmful elements. How can human behavior be affected by internal factors and external social environment factors? As social workers, we should be an intermediary who helps the client to meet the needs. How to help clients and social environment adapt, how to obtain resources from social environments and reduce the harm factors of social environments are also the key points included in this course. Through the integration and introduction of theory and practice, it is the goal of this course to enrich students' ability to understand and analyze cases and to increase the actual conditions for students to encounter plans.
