財金系同學選修心理學,可充實「投資心理學」「行為財務學」的內涵,進行投資操作時可避開自己的心理盲點與認知陷阱。Students in the Department of Finance can take psychology as an elective to enrich the connotation of "investment psychology" and "behavioral finance", and avoid their own psychological blind spots and cognitive traps when conducting investment operations.
This course is designed to prepare students to critically examine the theories and practices of cross-cultural management. Three major cross-cultural models of behaviors are emphasized. Motivation models of behavior are examined and their effectiveness considered using this foundation of cross-cultural models. The role of cognitive dissonance in bringing about lasting change in organizations is explored. There will be a significant discussion of international team-building. Finally, students will solidify the understanding of theory through experiential learning, using actual cross-cultural cases and incidents.
