由於國際經濟之蓬勃發展且國際經濟法涵蓋範圍甚廣，本學期講授以世界貿易組織(WTO)國際經貿法之基本理論架構為主要內容。WTO是目前最重要之國際經濟組織，就國際經貿規則之形成、執行與發展，及會員國之經貿政策均有深遠之影響，故WTO國際經濟法研究有其重要性。WTO之研究是一範圍廣泛之領域，涉及法律、經濟、政治、社會及文化等領域。本課程將以WTO協定規定、爭端解決案件及新回合談判之新議題為研究主軸，擬從法理著眼並兼顧實務，根據理論結合實務之原則，闡明國際經貿法原則，盡可能援引評析國際經貿爭端之具體實例，使同學掌握基本理論，期使同學認識國際經濟法規。Due to the vigorous development of the international economy and the wide coverage of international economic law, the main content of this semester's lectures is the basic theoretical framework of international economic and trade law of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The WTO is currently the most important international economic organization. It has a profound impact on the formation, implementation and development of international economic and trade rules, as well as the economic and trade policies of member states. Therefore, the study of WTO international economic law is of great importance. The study of WTO is a wide-ranging field, involving legal, economic, political, social and cultural fields. This course will focus on the provisions of WTO agreements, dispute settlement cases and new topics in the new round of negotiations. It will focus on legal theory and take into account practice. Based on the principle of integrating theory with practice, it will clarify the principles of international economic and trade law and quote and analyze international economic and trade disputes as much as possible. Specific examples are provided to enable students to master basic theories and to help students understand international economic regulations.
本課程以建立學生應對跨國貿易之國際貿易私法規範以及規範各國貿易規則的國際貿易公法有基本知識，能就私人跨國貿易所可能涉及之法律問題進行分析，並了解世界貿易組織（WTO）法律、區域貿易協定以及國際投資法的基本原則，並有處理國際貿易爭議之基本能力。
This course is designed to establish students' basic knowledge of private international trade law regulations for cross-border trade and public international trade laws that regulate trade rules in various countries. They can analyze the legal issues that may be involved in private cross-border trade, and understand the laws of the World Trade Organization (WTO), The basic principles of regional trade agreements and international investment law, and the basic ability to handle international trade disputes.
