由於國際經濟之蓬勃發展且國際經濟法涵蓋範圍甚廣，本學期講授以世界貿易組織(WTO)國際經貿法之基本理論架構為主要內容。WTO是目前最重要之國際經濟組織，就國際經貿規則之形成、執行與發展，及會員國之經貿政策均有深遠之影響，故WTO國際經濟法研究有其重要性。WTO之研究是一範圍廣泛之領域，涉及法律、經濟、政治、社會及文化等領域。本課程將以WTO協定規定、爭端解決案件及新回合談判之新議題為研究主軸，擬從法理著眼並兼顧實務，根據理論結合實務之原則，闡明國際經貿法原則，盡可能援引評析國際經貿爭端之具體實例，使同學掌握基本理論，期使同學認識國際經濟法規。Due to the vigorous development of international economy and the wide coverage of international economic law, this lecture teaches the basic theoretical framework of the World Trade Organization (WTO) International Trade Law as the main content. The WTO is the most important international economic organization at present, and it has a profound impact on the formation, implementation and development of international trade rules, as well as the trade policies of member countries. 本課程以建立學生應對跨國貿易之國際貿易私法規範以及規範各國貿易規則的國際貿易公法有基本知識，能就私人跨國貿易所可能涉及之法律問題進行分析，並了解世界貿易組織（WTO）法律、區域貿易協定以及國際投資法的基本原則，並有處理國際貿易爭議之基本能力。
