因為我國已加入世界貿易組織，並且與許多國家談判加入後之相關事宜，故對於國際貿易之相關規範，實際上已經逐漸對我國的貿易及相關經濟活動產生指標作用。故本課程主要教學目標，便是教導學生瞭解世界貿易組織架構下的整體規範。Because my country has joined the World Trade Organization and has negotiated post-entry related matters with many countries, the relevant regulations on international trade have actually gradually become an indicator of my country's trade and related economic activities. Therefore, the main teaching goal of this course is to teach students to understand the overall norms under the World Trade Organization structure.
本課程以建立學生應對跨國貿易之國際貿易私法規範以及規範各國貿易規則的國際貿易公法有基本知識，能就私人跨國貿易所可能涉及之法律問題進行分析，並了解世界貿易組織（WTO）法律、區域貿易協定以及國際投資法的基本原則，並有處理國際貿易爭議之基本能力。
This course is designed to establish students' basic knowledge of private international trade law regulations for cross-border trade and public international trade laws that regulate trade rules in various countries. They can analyze the legal issues that may be involved in private cross-border trade, and understand the laws of the World Trade Organization (WTO), The basic principles of regional trade agreements and international investment law, and the basic ability to handle international trade disputes.
