This course is focusing on the introduction of the basic concept of corporate finance. Class instruction will be conducted in plain English and all relevant theories are explained by practical examples. Students will learn the following four types of financial decision making when running a corporation: 1) Capital Budgeting 2) Capital Structure 3) Working Capital 4) Dividend Policy.The course focuses on the introduction of basic financial management theories and plans, and applies the theory to business operations in a simple and easy-to-understand manner with practical examples.
