教育目標 Course Target

網際網路的發展促使新經濟法則的出現,企業必須要能夠在其營運過程與競爭策略中,盡量發揮網路經濟中各類經濟效果。換言之,企業在電子商務或電子市場中所扮演的角色不同,其所適用的價值流、營收模式、與後勤模式也不相同,但各構面之間彼此關聯而形成整體的商業模式。本學期電子商務將著重在網路經濟中,企業商業模式的設計與實施。因此,授課重點分成三部份,第一部份討論網路經濟的特性與機會,從總體面討論網際網路對企業帶來的各種機會與挑戰;第二部分討論利用網際網路經濟特性,而產生的新興商業模式。此部分關於商業模式的介紹,將深入從三種企業類型:價值商店、價值網路、以及價值鏈逐一討論之;第三部分從網站設計切入,討論企業組織如何透過網站的設計落實其商業模式的設計,以創造並維持其競爭優勢。除授課外,課程規劃亦要求學生分組進行企業訪談,主題為企業電子商務的應用實務,讓學生透過訪談,反芻課堂所學之後,觀察並分析電子商務的實際應用狀況。The development of the Internet has led to the emergence of new economic laws, and enterprises must be able to achieve the economic effects of various types in the Internet economy in their operational processes and competition strategies. In other words, enterprises play different roles in e-commerce or electronic markets, and their applicable value flow, revenue model, and logistics model are also different, but the various structures are related to each other to form an overall business model. During this period of study, e-commerce will focus on the design and implementation of enterprise business models in online economy. Therefore, the teaching focus is divided into three parts. The first part discusses the characteristics and opportunities of network economy, and discusses the various opportunities and challenges brought to enterprises by the Internet from the overall perspective; the second part discusses the use of the economic characteristics of network economy, The new business model that arises. This part discusses the business model in three types of enterprise types: value store, value network, and value chain; the third part starts from website design and discusses how corporate organizations implement their business model through website design. Designed to create and maintain its competitive advantages. In addition to teaching courses, the course planning also requires students to organize corporate interviews. The topic is the application practice of corporate e-commerce, so that students can observe and analyze the actual application status of e-commerce through interviews and reflect on the course classroom.

With the widespread use of the Internet, business activities, education and culture, and life applications have been deeply affected. This course provides reasonable discussion on development and practical application, hoping to enable students to have the ability to have in the e-generation.
