本課程介紹計算機領域基本概念、網路相關議題探討、應用軟體操作、網頁設計及發展趨勢，讓學生能運用電腦與資訊化工具，加速資訊收集、分析及呈現，培養學生具備國際化競爭力。
This course introduces basic concepts in the computer field, discussion of Internet-related issues, application software operations, web design and development trends, allowing students to use computers and information tools to accelerate information collection, analysis and presentation, and to cultivate students' international competitiveness.
