有鑑科技進步帶動數位影音的時代來臨，數位影音獲得日趨普及，舉凡手機、數位相機、數位攝影機均成為平價商品，已為現代人的生活一部分，但大多數民眾僅止於拍攝紀錄，但不知如何將影音檔適當的後製及保存，所以本課程即以一輕鬆簡易的軟體—「會聲會影」，完成所有後製剪輯的工作，讓自已隨手拍下的作品、影片、照片等成為一部獨步全球的影音光碟。
