教育目標 Course Target

整合生化、微生物、食品加工、生物統計等專業知識應用於食品發酵、汙水處理、及生質能源開發。Integrate professional knowledge such as biochemistry, microbiology, food processing, and biostatistics to apply it to food fermentation, water treatment, and biotechnology.
