本課程主要內容著重於培養籃球基礎技術能力及小組合作之觀念主要課程包括運球、傳接球、投籃、上籃、防守等基本動作、綜合技術、規則常識、運動傷害防護等。並依學習狀況教授1-3人小組攻防配合動作、藉由理論講述、反覆練習達到學習的成效。除此更希望藉由本課程讓同學了解籃球競賽理論，提升運動賞析能力並將籃球運動做為個人日常休閒的活動項目，充分享受運動所給予的樂趣。

The main content of this course focuses on cultivating basic basketball technical skills and the concept of group cooperation. The main courses include basic movements such as dribbling, passing and receiving, shooting, layups, defense, comprehensive skills, common sense of rules, sports injury protection, etc. We also teach groups of 1-3 people to coordinate offensive and defensive movements according to their learning conditions, and achieve learning results through theoretical explanations and repeated practice. In addition, I hope that through this course, students can understand the theory of basketball competition, improve their sports appreciation ability, and use basketball as a personal daily leisure activity to fully enjoy the fun of sports.
