本課程主要內容著重於提升籃球基本技術及培養小組合作、整體競賽互助、偕同能力，與觀念。主要課程包括複習運球、傳接球、投籃、上籃、防守等基本動作、1-3人小組攻防綜合技術、規則常識、運動傷害防護等。並依學習狀況教授5人小組攻防戰術。藉由理論講述、反覆練習達到學習的成效。除此更希望藉由本課程讓同學了解籃球競賽理論，提升運動賞析能力並將籃球運動做為個人日常休閒的活動項目，充分享受運動所給予的樂趣。

The main content of this course focuses on improving basic basketball skills and cultivating group cooperation, overall competition, mutual assistance, teamwork skills, and concepts. The main courses include review of basic movements such as dribbling, passing and receiving, shooting, layups, defense, comprehensive offensive and defensive skills for 1-3 people groups, common sense of rules, sports injury protection, etc. And teach offensive and defensive tactics to a group of 5 people according to their learning situation. Achieve learning results through theoretical narration and repeated practice. In addition, I hope that through this course, students can understand the theory of basketball competition, improve their sports appreciation ability, and use basketball as a personal daily leisure activity to fully enjoy the fun of sports.
