本學科目的：協助學生研究現代法律系統的構造及其精神。 授課內容：法思想史、法理學各論（法本質論、法價值論、法學方法論）。授課方式：用講述方法，並按研究問題之性質指定參考資料。

Subject of this subject: to assist students in studying the structure and spirit of the modern legal system. The course content: the history of legal thought and legal theory (the basics of law, the value of legal theory, and the legal method). Teaching method: Use a lecture method and specify reference materials according to the nature of the research question.
