教育目標 Course Target
本課程預定的學習目標：
本課程按刑事訴訟之實際流程，直接由偵查切入，依序談論起訴及審判階段之法定要件及諸項論點，而總論性之概念則依體系穿插其中介紹，較能引發學生之學習興趣及效果。同時，注重同學邏輯思考能力的訓練，使學生能夠將所學應用於實務運作中。
Learning goals set for this course:
This course is based on the actual process of criminal complaints, directly from investigation, and discusses the legal requirements and discussion points of the inquiry and trial stage in sequence. The concept of generality is interspersed with the system, which can attract students' learning interest and effects. At the same time, we pay attention to the training of students' logical thinking ability, so that students can apply what they have learned to their practical operations.
