教育目標 Course Target
本課程係針對已修畢刑事訴訟法課程之同學所開設。希望藉由學說及實務上頗富爭議之相關問題，由授課老師提出問題；修課同學針對擇定之題問，以學術的角度加以評析。希望藉此培養法學思維能力，也能夠具備初步撰寫學術論文之基本能力。
This course is designed for students who have completed the Criminal Procedure Law course. It is hoped that the lecturer will ask questions related to controversial issues in theory and practice, and the course students will evaluate the selected questions from an academic perspective. It is hoped that this will cultivate legal thinking skills and provide the basic ability to write preliminary academic papers.
