教育目標 Course Target
本課程係針對已修畢刑事訴訟法課程之同學所開設。希望藉由學說及實務上頗富爭議之相關問題，由授課老師提出問題；修課同學針對擇定之題問，以學術的角度加以評析。希望藉此培養法學思維能力，也能夠具備初步撰寫學術論文之基本能力。
This course is established for fellow students who have already completed the criminal litigation law course. We hope that through the relevant questions of academic and practical discussions, the teacher will ask questions; the students in the course will ask questions from the perspective of academic analysis. I hope to cultivate my ability to study and think through this, and also have the basic ability to write a basic academic paper.
