教育目標 Course Target

認識農漁牧業各種產品的變質與腐敗 , 以及食品保存的重要性。 學習各種食品保存的方法,達到充分利用科技以保存珍貴食糧資源與永續經營。Understand the changes and destruction of various agricultural and animal husbandry products, as well as the importance of food preservation. Learn how to preserve various foods, make full use of technology to preserve precious food resources and continue to operate.


課程概述 Course Description

說明來自農、漁、牧業的各種生鮮原料與加工的產品的變質與腐敗並如何予以適當保存。 介紹食品保存的重要性以及各種傳統與新開發的食品保存方法。
Explain the changes and deterioration of various raw materials and processed products from agriculture, agriculture and pastoral industries and how to properly preserve them. Introduce the importance of food preservation and various traditional and newly developed food preservation methods.
