教育目標 Course Target

讓同學們更了解乳品加工各種設備的結構,與機械運作能對畜產品品質與特性之影響。以應用工程原理與觀念,配合廠房機械配置,使乳品廠從榨乳、貯存、加工、包裝等加工流程更省工省能源,以生產優良產品品質。Let students better understand the structure of various equipment for dairy processing and the impact of mechanical operation on the quality and characteristics of livestock products. With the principles of application engineering and concepts, and the mechanical configuration of the factory, dairy factories can save labor and energy from the processing processes such as milking, storage, processing, and packaging, and produce excellent product quality.
