Dairy Processing Lab.

教育目標 Course Target

於學生學習乳品加工的理論同時,於實習教室實際操作;讓學生依組成原料的性質、演練配方組成、實際演練各種乳品的製作;體驗各種乳品的製造流程中產生現象,強化各種乳品之加工方法、理化學與微生物學品質、衛生安全等概念。

While students learn the theory of dairy processing, they practice actual operations in the classroom; allow students to practice formula composition, and actually practice the production of various dairy products according to the properties of the raw materials; experience the phenomenon in the manufacturing process of various dairy products, and strengthen the concepts of processing methods, physics and chemistry, microbiology and hygiene safety of various dairy products.
