有機化學實驗的目在於訓練學生利用實驗操作、現象觀察、化合物的製備、分離純化到鑑定的過程,經過思考、總結及歸納形成對有機化學反應、化合物的性質、結構產生一定程度的相關知識,並使這些知識能與課本理論相互呼應、驗證、結合,透過實驗反覆練習,來增進學生手、眼、心合一,加深對有機化學課程的興趣及了解。
The purpose of organic chemistry experiment is to train students to use the process of experiment operation, phenomenon observation, preparation, separation and purification of compounds, and form reactions to organic chemistry, properties and structures of compounds through thinking, summarizing and studying.
