教育目標 Course Target
一、透過組織知識管理整體概觀的介紹，提升學生對知識與知識管理概念、理論、發展、系統、工具、及應用的了解。
二、針對組織知識管理主要理論的闡述，提升學生的應用能力。
三、藉由組織知識管理主要活動的說明，強化學生的實作能力(Implementation)。
1. Through the introduction of the overall overview of organizational knowledge management, improve students' understanding of knowledge and knowledge management concepts, theory, development, systems, tools, and applications.
2. Explain the main theories of organizational knowledge management to improve students' application capabilities.
3. Strengthen students' Implementation through explanations of the main activities of organizational knowledge management.
