課程概述 Course Description

二十一世紀是知識掛帥的世紀,組織內外處於知識競技的時代,能否善用知識資源,累積智慧資本,持續不斷的學習、創新,使組織持續成長,知識管理正是獲致此項關鍵成功的重要措施。 誠如Davenport與Prusak所言,知識如流體般,無定性、無定形,隨時隨地隨境而易,因此難以傳統管理方式為之。如前所言,知識問題會以各種形式呈現,加以知識來源四面八方,然其一特性是,它會以社群方式集結。它雖可能自生,但如無善加照顧,亦無法保持長青。方法雖無一致,但需多用方法,善用語言交流,彈性運用管理。 簡言之,知識管理即是指有系統、審慎的管理組織知識的建立、革新與應用,包括獲取知識與儲存知識,以提高組織智商,創造組織價值,促成組織知識發揮最大效益與回饋。

In an era of knowledge competition inside and outside the organization, whether it can make good use of knowledge resources, accumulate intellectual capital, continue learning and innovation, and enable the organization to continue to grow, knowledge management is the key to success. important measures. As Davenport and Prusak said, knowledge is like a fluid, amorphous and amorphous. It can change anytime, anywhere and in any situation, so it is difficult to manage it with traditional management methods. As mentioned before, knowledge problems will appear in various forms, and knowledge comes from all directions. However, one of its characteristics is that it will be gathered in a community manner. Although it may grow on its own, it cannot remain evergreen without proper care. Although the methods are not consistent, it is necessary to use multiple methods, make good use of language communication, and use management flexibly. In short, knowledge management refers to the systematic and prudent management of the establishment, innovation and application of organizational knowledge, including acquiring and storing knowledge, in order to improve organizational IQ, create organizational value, and maximize the effectiveness and feedback of organizational knowledge.
