課程概述 Course Description
二十一世紀是知識掛帥的世紀,組織內外處於知識競技的時代,能否善用知識資源,累積智慧資本,持續不斷的學習、創新,使組織持續成長,知識管理正是獲致此項關鍵成功的重要措施。
誠如Davenport與Prusak所言,知識如流體般,無定性、無定形,隨時隨地隨境而易,因此難以傳統管理方式為之。如前所言,知識問題會以各種形式呈現,加以知識來源四面八方,然其一特性是,它會以社群方式集結。它雖可能自生,但如無善加照顧,亦無法保持長青。方法雖無一致,但需多用方法,善用語言交流,彈性運用管理。
簡言之,知識管理即是指有系統、審慎的管理組織知識的建立、革新與應用,包括獲取知識與儲存知識,以提高組織智商,創造組織價值,促成組織知識發揮最大效益與回饋。
The twenty-first century is a century of knowledge integration. In the era of knowledge competition, whether the organization can make good use of knowledge resources, accumulate smart capital, continue to learn and innovate continuously, and enable the organization to continue to grow. Knowledge management is an important measure to achieve this key success.
As Davenport and Prusak said, knowledge is like a fluid, unconditional and unshakable, and is easy to go anywhere and in the environment at any time, so it is difficult to use traditional management methods. As mentioned earlier, knowledge problems will be presented in various forms and come from all directions. However, one of the characteristics is that they will be integrated in a community manner. Although it may be self-generated, it cannot remain green without good care. Although the methods are not consistent, they need to use multiple methods, make good use of language communication, and use flexible management.
In short, knowledge management refers to the establishment, innovation and application of systematic and prudent management of organizational knowledge, including gaining knowledge and storing knowledge, in order to improve organizational IQ, create organizational value, and promote organizational knowledge to maximize benefits and rewards.
