教育目標 Course Target
使生命科學系的學生熟悉微生物實驗方法，為未來深造或職涯發展作準備，以期能靈活運用這些觀念與技術於微生物學相關領域，如生態保育、臨床醫學、遺傳工程、分子生物學或甚至是跨學科的範疇。
To enable students in the Department of Life Sciences to become familiar with microbial experimental methods and prepare for future further study or career development, with a view to flexibly applying these concepts and techniques in microbiology-related fields, such as ecological conservation, clinical medicine, genetic engineering, molecular biology, or even interdisciplinary fields.
課程概述 Course Description
教授微生物學實驗的操作與觀念，包括微生物的培養、控制、保存，形態與生理生化特性之測定、描述，和食品或環境中微生物的多樣性與分類學的專題研究。本課程藉由實際的實驗操作與討論，使學生能掌握基本的實驗方法，奠定現代微生物學相關研究的基礎。
Teach the operations and concepts of microbiology experiments, including the cultivation, control, and preservation of microorganisms, the determination and description of morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics, and special research on the diversity and taxonomy of microorganisms in food or the environment. Through practical experimental operations and discussions, this course enables students to master basic experimental methods and lay the foundation for modern microbiology-related research.
