藉由正念跑步鍛鍊開始力行，覺察自我並認識自己，提升自我覺察與控制能力，培養超越自我，成就自我的行動領導力，具備改變自我的能力，並且擔任社會領導探索（校園馬蹄響）課程的助理輔導員，學習如何陪伴他人與協助團隊，啟動與篤信內在無限潛能，堅持夢想、超越自我，求真與理想探索的過程，培養僕人領導的能耐，發展未來社會所需之雙元領導能力、高效率執行、團隊合作的行動領導能力。

Start practicing through mindfulness running exercises, be aware of yourself and understand yourself, improve your self-awareness and control capabilities, cultivate action leadership that transcends yourself and achieve yourself, and have the ability to change yourself. You also serve as an assistant counselor for the Social Leadership Exploration (Campus Horseshoes) course, learn how to accompany others and assist the team, activate and believe in the infinite potential within, persist in dreams, transcend yourself, pursue truth and ideal exploration, cultivate the ability of servant leadership, and develop the action leadership capabilities of dual leadership, efficient execution, and teamwork required by the future society.
