透過學習國際法，可以更宏觀的法律秩序，反思「法的本質」為何，同時了解國際規範，用以建構國內法律制度

By studying international law, one can reflect on the broader legal order, reflect on the "nature of law", and understand international norms to construct the domestic legal system.

鑑於國內學生長期欠缺國際公法之背景訓練，課程目標以達到對國際公法之架構、概念及原則、若干案例基本認知，並對於初步接觸國際法者賦予基礎教學，藉由課堂之介紹，由淺入深，以培養學生對國際公法研究之興趣。

In view of the long-term lack of background training in public international law among domestic students, the goal of the course is to achieve a basic understanding of the structure, concepts and principles of public international law, and some cases, and to provide basic teaching to those who are initially exposed to international law. Through classroom introduction, from the basic to the deeper, it is intended to cultivate students' interest in the study of public international law.
