教育目標 Course Target

我國在農業人才供需部分,係由政府、學術界、產業界共同努力,從專業人才培育、科技技術應用、產業輔導政策支持等多方面著手,以有效解決人才短缺問題。而為培育農業專業人才,從學校端及職場端推動相關輔導措施,學校端之農業公費專班,畢業後輔導從農,鼓勵許多學生返鄉從農,已有具體成果。惟農業係實務應用產業,不論是農作物生產、農產品行銷及六級化產業之推動,都需要實務技術與累積產業經驗才能成功。實務實習課程係針對在校3年修習完畢相關課程學生,在進行產業實習過程予以指導,以精進學生實務能力、強化專業技術,並具備應用智慧農業於農業產銷之職能。

In terms of the supply and demand of agricultural talents in our country, the government, academia, and industry work together to effectively solve the problem of talent shortage from various aspects such as professional talent cultivation, science and technology application, and industrial guidance policy support. In order to cultivate agricultural professionals, relevant counseling measures have been promoted from the school side and the workplace. Publicly funded agricultural classes at the school side provide guidance for farming after graduation, and encourage many students to return to their hometowns to work in farming, which has achieved concrete results. However, agriculture is a practical application industry. Whether it is crop production, agricultural product marketing, or the promotion of six-level industries, practical technology and accumulated industrial experience are required to succeed. The practical internship course is aimed at students who have completed relevant courses in school for three years, and provides guidance during the industrial internship process to improve students' practical abilities, strengthen professional skills, and have the function of applying smart agriculture in agricultural production and marketing.
