本課程為民法基礎課程之延續，採案例研討方式，針對我國民法（財產法）中的重點議題進行較為深入的閱讀、分析與討論。本學期擬聚焦於債法總論，依序探討債之發生、債之標的、債之效力、多數債務人及債權人、債之移轉、債之消滅等主題。課程中將藉由具體案例，培養選修同學進行法律分析與論證的能力，並將視課程進度帶入比較法的討論，深化對民法的掌握。

This course is a continuation of the basic civil law course. It adopts case study method to conduct more in-depth reading, analysis and discussion on key issues in my country's civil law (property law). This semester plans to focus on the general introduction to debt law, exploring topics such as the occurrence of debt, the subject of debt, the validity of debt, the majority of debtors and creditors, the transfer of debt, and the elimination of debt. In the course, specific cases will be used to cultivate the ability of elective students to conduct legal analysis and argumentation, and the discussion of comparative law will be brought into the course according to the progress of the course to deepen the mastery of civil law.
