Seminar on Cases Analysis of Civil Code
教育目標 Course Target
本課程由教師遴選相關判決提供同學作為個人報告素材，每人均至少擔任報告人及評論人各一次。教師會於報告人及評論人報告完畢後，請非報告人及評論人同學至少提出一個問題或討論方向。最後由教師進行總結。亦歡迎同學自選重要判決與教師討論，作為報告素材。期冀培養同學面對實務問題之思辨邏輯，啟發問題意識，增進論文寫作能力。
In this course, teachers select relevant judgments and provide students with materials for personal reports. Each student serves as a speaker and commentator at least once. After the presenters and reviewers have finished their reports, the teacher will ask non-presenters and reviewers to ask at least one question or direction for discussion. Finally, the teacher will summarize. Students are also welcome to select important judgments to discuss with the teacher as report material. It is expected to cultivate students' thinking logic when facing practical problems, inspire problem awareness, and improve their paper writing skills.
