本課程主要是強化研究生對於行政執行與行政罰理論架構與實務運作的了解，同時，提供法國、德國等歐陸法系國家的法制做為參考與比較，使學生更能深入瞭解以形式行政行為為核心的行政法體系的執行與裁罰原則、程序及救濟。

This course is mainly designed to strengthen graduate students’ understanding of the theoretical structure and practical operation of administrative enforcement and administrative penalties. At the same time, it provides the legal systems of France, Germany and other continental law countries as reference and comparison, so that students can have a deeper understanding of the enforcement and penalty principles, procedures and remedies of the administrative law system with formal administrative behavior as the core.
