教育目標 Course Target

本課程在探討人力資源管理的重要功能、活動及與組織策略間的關係,課程目標著重在幫助學生了解人力資源管理的基本概念,並藉由個案討論,人力資源管理政策與步驟讓學生擁有相關技能以便分析、管理並解決同學在職場上所面臨的各種人的實務問題。

This course explores the important functions, activities and relationships between human resource management and organizational strategies. The goal of the course is to help students understand the basic concepts of human resource management. Through case discussions, human resource management policies and procedures, students will have relevant skills to analyze, manage and solve various human practical problems faced by students in the workplace.

餐旅人力資源管理研究課程乃是針對具有餐旅產業經驗的企業菁英分子提供他們更進一步了解餐旅人力資源管理議題的課程。 本課程提供學生透過群體討論以及人力資源管理理論研議深入剖析人力資源管理的困難及可行解決之道。

The Human Resource Management Research Course in Hospitality and Hospitality is a course aimed at corporate elites with experience in the hotel and hotel industry to provide them with a better understanding of human resource management issues in the hotel and hotel industry. This course provides students with an in-depth analysis of human resource management difficulties and possible solutions through group discussions and theoretical discussions on human resource management.
