教育目標 Course Target
使学生了解餐前期計劃,建立人事物魚骨圖時間系統,並透過實際訪查借鑒餐廳與民宿業者之開發計劃經驗。
Let students understand pre-meal planning, establish a fishbone diagram time system for personnel and affairs, and learn from the development planning experience of restaurants and B&B operators through actual interviews.
