The Special Lecture of Signal Transduction in Immune Cell
教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在介紹免疫細胞訊息傳遞的基本概念與分子機制，涵蓋細胞間訊號傳遞（如旁分泌、自分泌、接觸依賴性與內分泌作用、細胞外囊泡與循環分子）及細胞內主要訊息傳遞路徑（NF-κB、JAK-STAT、MAPK/ERK、PI3K-Akt-mTOR等）。同時探討免疫相關細胞死亡機制、趨化受體與細胞移動調控，並延伸至免疫治療的分子原理與應用。課程以閱讀與討論最新研究文獻為核心，培養學生整合理論與研究進展之能力。
This course aims to introduce the basic concepts and molecular mechanisms of immune cell signaling, covering intercellular signaling (such as paracrine, autocrine, contact-dependent and endocrine effects, extracellular vesicles and circulating molecules) and major intracellular signaling pathways (NF-κB, JAK-STAT, MAPK/ERK, PI3K-Akt-mTOR, etc.). At the same time, the immune-related cell death mechanism, chemotactic receptors and cell movement regulation will be explored, and extended to the molecular principles and applications of immunotherapy. The course focuses on reading and discussing the latest research literature, cultivating students' ability to integrate theory and research progress.
