Seminar in Civil Servant Law
教育目標 Course Target
協助修課學生了解公務員概念、公務法律關係之發生、變更與終止、服公職權利之制度性保障、以及對於公務員之懲戒、行政罰之基本法理。
本課程旨在協助修課學生建立對於公務員法之體系理解，同時也能達到擴充、鞏固修課學生之公法學素養。
主要討論我國與公務員有關的法規、學說見解、大法官解釋與法院判決等。
This course helps students understand the concept of civil servants, the occurrence, change and termination of public service legal relations, the institutional protection of the right to serve in public office, and the basic legal principles of punishment and administrative penalties for civil servants.
This course aims to help students establish a systematic understanding of civil service law, while also expanding and consolidating their public law literacy.
It mainly discusses our country's laws and regulations related to civil servants, doctrinal insights, justices' interpretations and court decisions, etc.
