本課程探討企業人力資源之功能展開及組織系統之整合管理，相關課程主題包括：人事管理/人資管理/人才管理、招募甄選/訓練發展/績效考核/薪酬福利、高階主管養成、企業外部獵才、及組織管理等主題之實務展開，整合策略管理、資源基礎理論、組織診斷、目標與績效管理、敏捷組織、組織變革、數位轉型及AI治理等重要管理理論與實務工具。課程特別強調「由策略到組織、由組織到執行、由執行到變革」的完整管理邏輯，透過企業案例、管理工具、課堂工作坊與轉型專案，引導學員診斷自身企業問題，並提出可以實際落地的改善方案。最後則是學員的統整報告：包括所屬企業之人資現況探討/高階主管養成/組織管理問題，以培養學生具備人力資源之規劃及組織管理之能力。

This course explores the functional development of corporate human resources and the integrated management of organizational systems. Relevant course topics include: personnel management/human resource management/talent management, recruitment and selection/training and development/performance appraisal/salary and benefits, senior executive development, corporate external talent hunting, and organizational management. It integrates important management theories and practical tools such as strategic management, resource-based theory, organizational diagnosis, goal and performance management, agile organization, organizational change, digital transformation, and AI governance. The course particularly emphasizes the complete management logic of "from strategy to organization, from organization to execution, from execution to change". Through business cases, management tools, classroom workshops and transformation projects, students are guided to diagnose their own business problems and propose improvement plans that can be implemented in practice. Finally, there is a comprehensive report from the students: including discussion of the current human resources situation of the company they belong to/development of senior managers/organizational management issues, in order to cultivate students' abilities in human resources planning and organizational management.
