課程簡介：
本課程將介紹公司財務的功能與內容，透過個案的研討，讓學生思考如何將財務專業引入公司的經營，創造公司最高的價值。本課程闡述公司財務的工作內容與涵蓋範圍，使學生對於財務的功能有正確的認知。由於公司的目標就是要創造公司價值，因此本課程亦會使學生從簡單的價值觀念開始，到最後理解創造價值策略的形成。縱使學生本身並非從事財務工作，亦可透過本課程瞭解如何判斷公司是否健全與是否是具有價值，進而輔助本身的財務能力，課程主題包括財務報表分析、投資評估、融資決策與股利政策等。此外，本課程亦從宏觀經濟角度切入，透過金融時事與國際經濟個案導讀，深入剖析全球主要經濟與金融議題，培養學員結合宏觀經濟與政策因素，制訂更有效的國際投資決策與企業營運資金管理策略，內容涵蓋利率、匯率、物價、金融危機，貨幣與財政政策，以利學生能夠建立具理論與實務的一致性。

Course Introduction:
This course will introduce the functions and contents of corporate finance. Through case studies, students will be able to think about how to introduce financial majors into company operations and create the highest value for the company. This course explains the work content and scope of corporate finance so that students can have a correct understanding of the functions of finance. Since the company's goal is to create corporate value, this course will also enable students to start from simple value concepts and finally understand the formation of value creation strategies. Even if students are not engaged in financial work themselves, they can learn how to judge whether a company is sound and valuable through this course, thereby assisting their financial abilities. Course topics include financial statement analysis, investment evaluation, financing decisions and dividend policies, etc. In addition, this course also starts from a macroeconomic perspective and provides an in-depth analysis of major global economic and financial issues through the introduction of financial current affairs and international economic cases. It trains students to combine macroeconomic and policy factors to formulate more effective international investment decisions and corporate working capital management strategies. The content covers interest rates, exchange rates, prices, financial crises, monetary and fiscal policies, so that students can establish consistency between theory and practice.
