本課程以土地開發與不動產經營管理為核心，從建地開發的關鍵作業出發，逐步介紹政府招商、BOT、土地開發評估、建設公司及營造業之經營管理，並延伸至不動產證券化、合作開發、開發財務分析、共有物分割，以及能源政策與光電產業等議題。課程結合理論、產業趨勢與實務經驗，從土地開發者、建設公司、營造業者及政府等不同角度，分析土地開發過程中的土地取得、開發評估、財務規劃、組織運作、工程管理及經營策略。透過實務案例與業界經驗分享，使學員掌握土地開發各階段之關鍵決策與管理要點，建立完整的土地開發管理思維。

This course focuses on land development and real estate operation and management. It starts from the key operations of land development and gradually introduces government investment promotion, BOT, land development assessment, construction company and construction industry operation and management, and extends to real estate securitization, cooperative development, development financial analysis, division of common property, as well as issues such as energy policy and the optoelectronics industry. The course combines theory, industry trends and practical experience to analyze land acquisition, development evaluation, financial planning, organizational operations, project management and business strategies in the land development process from different perspectives such as land developers, construction companies, builders and governments. Through practical cases and industry experience sharing, students can master the key decision-making and management points of each stage of land development and establish a complete land development management thinking.
