教育目標 Course Target

在生成式 AI 與演算法主導的數位巨浪下,現代媒體經營與傳播策略正面臨前所未有的範式轉移。本課程是一門結合理論高度與產業實戰的跨界核心課程,旨在培養學生兼具「機器邏輯(演算法優化)」與「大腦共鳴(人文敘事)」的雙軌大局觀。
課程將打破傳統媒體經營僅著重於內容產出或單一管道行銷的局限,全面注入現代「資訊權重重組」與「搜尋意圖轉譯」的技術護城河。我們不只要探討傳統傳播矩陣的經緯,更要帶領學生深入新聞編輯台與企業公關室的後台透視監控,理解資訊在數位戰場上是如何被檢索、佈局與擴散。本課程的核心教學目標旨在培養兼具「數位科技洞察」與「人文敘事共鳴」的高階傳播經理人。

五大課程目標(Course Objectives):

一、 奠定經典傳播理論與現代演算法的對話能力 (Theoretical Alignment)
目標說明:學生能深刻理解並連結經典傳播理論與當代數位生態。將麥克魯漢的「媒介即訊息」轉譯為對網頁底層架構(H標籤、JSON-LD)的認識;將「議程設定」與「把關人理論」對接至 Google 演算法與 AI 爬蟲(Crawler)的篩選機制,從理論高度建立數位媒體經營的大局觀。

二、 深化 AI 時代的媒體識讀與思辨素養 (Media Literacy & Critical Thinking)
目標說明:培養學生具備高階的媒體識讀能力,不僅能看透數位媒體背後的技術架構,更能識讀「機器如何閱讀、評分與呈現資訊」。學會透過後台數據與「編輯台透視監控圖」,思辨點閱率(CTR)與留存時間(Dwell Time)對內容產製的權力影響,在資訊洪流中堅守媒體的真實性與社會責任。

三、 掌握雙軌優化(Dual-Track)的內容策略與意圖轉譯 (Strategic Intent)
目標說明:學生能實踐「機器與大腦完美平衡」的雙軌經營哲學。熟練運用「標題策略選擇矩陣」,將同一新聞事件或品牌產品,依據讀者的不同搜尋動機(時事數據、疑問解答、數字清單等)進行「意圖轉譯」,並在 120 字的中介描述(Meta Description)微型戰場中精準佈局。

四、 實踐結構化資訊重組與高標準發布檢核 (Structural Layout & Quality Control)
目標說明:翻轉傳統寫作邏輯,學生能運用「升級版倒金字塔」進行資訊權重重組,面對重大時事、地緣政治或科技產業(如半導體晶片)等複雜議題,能精確規劃 SEO 骨架佈局(H1、H2、H3 標籤、實體連結、圖片 Alt 屬性)。並能熟練操作「終極檢核面板」,嚴格執行發布前審查。

五、 建立媒體營運的風控管理與 AI 協同決策實力 (Risk Management & AI Collaboration)
目標說明:能辨識並避開導致媒體平台被演算法惩罚的「四大 SEO 降權地雷」(如標題黨、完全複製貼上等),具備媒體經營的風控意識。同時,能將生成式 AI 無縫整合至媒體營運流程,既能用 AI 構建技術草稿,又能發揮人類經理人的專業,注入不可替代的人文共鳴,對接高階職涯需求。

本課程將理論(Theory)、識讀(Literacy)、策略(Strategy)與技術(Technology)結合,希望幫助學生建立傳播策略的具體思維。

Under the digital wave dominated by generative AI and algorithms, modern media management and communication strategies are facing an unprecedented paradigm shift. This course is a cross-border core course that combines theoretical high-level and industrial practice. It aims to cultivate students' dual-track overall view of "machine logic (algorithm optimization)" and "brain resonance (humanistic narrative)".
The course will break the limitations of traditional media management that only focus on content production or single channel marketing, and fully inject the technical moat of modern "information weight reorganization" and "search intent translation". We not only need to explore the latitude and longitude of the traditional communication matrix, but also lead students to go deep into the backstage perspective monitoring of news editing desks and corporate public relations offices, and understand how information is retrieved, laid out, and diffused on the digital battlefield. The core teaching goal of this course is to cultivate high-level communication managers who have both "digital technology insight" and "humanistic narrative resonance".

Five major course objectives (Course Objectives):

1. Establish the dialogue ability between classic communication theory and modern algorithms (Theoretical Alignment)
Objective statement: Students can deeply understand and connect classic communication theory and contemporary digital ecology. Translate McLuhan's "the medium is the message" into an understanding of the underlying architecture of web pages (H tags, JSON-LD); connect "agenda setting" and "gatekeeper theory" to the screening mechanism of Google algorithms and AI crawlers to establish an overall view of digital media management from a theoretical level.

2. Deepen media literacy and critical thinking in the AI era (Media Literacy & Critical Thinking)
Goal description: To cultivate students' high-level media literacy skills. They can not only see through the technical architecture behind digital media, but also understand "how machines read, score and present information." Learn to use back-end data and "editing desk perspective monitoring chart" to think about the impact of click-through rate (CTR) and retention time (Dwell Time) on content production, and adhere to the authenticity and social responsibility of the media in the flood of information.

3. Master the content strategy and intent translation (Strategic Intent) of dual-track optimization (Dual-Track)
Goal description: Students can practice the dual-track business philosophy of "perfect balance between machines and brains". Skillfully use the "Title Strategy Selection Matrix" to "translate the intent" of the same news event or brand product based on readers' different search motivations (current affairs data, questions and answers, digital lists, etc.), and accurately lay out it in the 120-word Meta Description micro-battlefield.

4. Practice structured information reorganization and high-standard release inspection (Structural Layout & Quality Control)
Objective description: By flipping the traditional writing logic, students can use the "upgraded version of the inverted pyramid" to reorganize the weight of information. Faced with complex issues such as major current events, geopolitics, or technology industries (such as semiconductor chips), students can accurately plan the SEO skeleton layout (H1, H2, H3 tags, entity links, image Alt attributes). And be able to skillfully operate the "Ultimate Review Panel" and strictly implement pre-release review.

5. Establish risk management & AI collaborative decision-making capabilities for media operations (Risk Management & AI Collaboration)
Goal description: Be able to identify and avoid the "four major SEO landmines" that cause media platforms to be punished by algorithms (such as headlines, complete copying and pasting, etc.), and have a sense of risk control in media operations. At the same time, generative AI can be seamlessly integrated into the media operation process. It can not only use AI to build technical drafts, but also leverage the expertise of human managers, inject irreplaceable humanistic resonance, and meet the needs of high-level careers.

This course combines Theory, Literacy, Strategy and Technology, hoping to help students develop specific thinking about communication strategies.
