課程宗旨
當今的數位時代不再只是「科技人」的天下，任何領域的經理人都必須具備「懂科技、會應用、能整合」的能力。本課程專為培養具備前瞻視野與實作能力的 EMBA 菁英而設計！我們將引領學員跳脫傳統框架，深入探索當前企業數位轉型最核心的 「六大 AI 技術模組」，並全面融入 「生成式 AI 工具（Generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI Agent）」 的戰略與實務佈署。

在這 18 週的學習旅程中，學員將兼顧「戰略高度」與「動手實作」，透過 Google Colab 平台的輕量化 Python 程式 與 低代碼/無代碼（Low-Code/No-Code）AI 工具 的雙軌學習，從零開始打造出專屬於企業的「小型智慧服務系統」，將理論轉化為職場上的創新利器。

課程核心六大技術模組
MediaPipe 感知互動：多模態邊緣 AI 的前瞻人機互動與行為偵測。

商情分析市場敏銳度：運用大型語言模型（LLM）進行非結構化商業大數據的深度洞察。

時間序列趨勢預測：結合預測型 AI 與統計模型，強化精準營運與財務決策。

生成式 AI 創意爆發：掌握進階提示詞工程、RAG（檢索增強生成）與自動化工作流。

影像辨識視覺智能：從傳統電腦視覺（CV）到生成式視覺大模型的異常偵測。

智慧行銷精準溝通：利用 AI 進行超個性化（Hyper-personalized）顧客體驗與文案設計。

Course purpose
Today's digital era is no longer just a world for "technical people". Managers in any field must have the ability to "understand technology, be able to apply it, and be able to integrate it." This course is specially designed to cultivate EMBA elites with forward-looking vision and practical ability! We will lead students to break away from the traditional framework, deeply explore the "six major AI technology modules" that are the core of current enterprise digital transformation, and fully integrate the strategic and practical deployment of "generative AI tools (Generative AI, LLM, RAG, AI Agent)".

During this 18-week learning journey, students will take into account both "strategic height" and "hands-on practice". Through dual-track learning of lightweight Python programs and low-code/no-code (Low-Code/No-Code) AI tools on the Google Colab platform, students will build a "small smart service system" exclusive to the enterprise from scratch, transforming theory into an innovative tool in the workplace.
