教育目標 Course Target
本課程聚焦於企業在開發AI商品後,如何進一步展開新事業發展策略,特別強調企業如何將既有產品、服務、流程能力或專業知識,轉化為具商業化潛力的AI商品、AI服務或AI解決方案。課程核心不僅在於理解AI技術本身,更在於培養學生將AI技術轉譯為市場需求、價值主張、收益模式與營運架構的整合能力,進而形成可落地、可營運、可成長的新事業規劃方案。
課程內容將從AI技術的商業思維出發,系統性探討AI商品的智慧財產權布局、商業模式創新、行銷規劃、財務規劃與商業計畫整合,協助學生建立從技術構想到市場落地、從產品設計到事業規劃的完整架構。透過案例分析、策略工具應用與商業規劃實作,學生將學習如何辨識AI商品化的機會、建構差異化競爭優勢、設計可持續的收益模式,並撰寫具市場說服力與投資可讀性的新事業商業計畫。
相較於一般僅著重AI工具操作、技術介紹或應用示範的課程,本課程更進一步強調三項核心能力:第一,如何將AI從「技術成果」轉化為「可交易的商品」;第二,如何讓AI商品從「功能存在」走向「市場買單」;第三,如何使AI商品從「單一產品」升級為「可持續經營的新事業」。換言之,本課程所培養的,不只是學生使用AI的能力,而是運用AI創造新事業、規劃新市場、設計新價值的能力。
This course focuses on how companies can further develop new business development strategies after developing AI products, with special emphasis on how companies can transform existing products, services, process capabilities or professional knowledge into AI products, AI services or AI solutions with commercial potential. The core of the course is not only to understand the AI technology itself, but also to cultivate students' ability to translate AI technology into market demand, value proposition, revenue model and operational structure integration, thereby forming a new business planning plan that can be implemented, operated, and grown.
The course content will start from the business thinking of AI technology, systematically explore the intellectual property rights layout, business model innovation, marketing planning, financial planning and business plan integration of AI products, and help students establish a complete structure from technical conception to market implementation, from product design to business planning. Through case analysis, application of strategic tools and implementation of business planning, students will learn how to identify opportunities for AI commercialization, build differentiated competitive advantages, design sustainable revenue models, and write new business plans that are market-persuasive and investment-readable.
Compared with the general courses that only focus on AI tool operation, technology introduction or application demonstration, this course further emphasizes three core capabilities: first, how to transform AI from "technical achievements" into "tradable commodities"; second, how to transform AI commodities from "functional existence" to "market payment"; third, how to upgrade AI commodities from "single products" to "sustainable new businesses". In other words, what this course cultivates is not only students’ ability to use AI, but also their ability to use AI to create new businesses, plan new markets, and design new value.
