本課程專為資源相對有限、追求實質投資回報與高靈活度的「中小企業主及高階主管」量身打造。在 AI 顛覆傳統商業模式的浪潮中，中小企業無法像大型跨國企業那樣投入鉅資進行「憑感覺的投資（Vibe-based spending）」。本課程將幫助中小企業主擺脫錯失恐懼症（FOMO），聚焦於具備實質 ROI 的 AI 應用
，並運用變革領導力帶領團隊克服技術轉型中的陣痛。
This course is specially designed for "small and medium-sized business owners and senior executives" who have relatively limited resources and pursue substantial return on investment and high flexibility. In the wave of AI subverting traditional business models, small and medium-sized enterprises are unable to invest huge sums of money in "vibe-based spending" like large multinational companies. This course will help small and medium-sized business owners get rid of the fear of missing out (FOMO) and focus on AI applications with substantial ROI
, and use transformational leadership to lead the team to overcome the pain of technological transformation.
