在快速變動與AI科技加速發展的時代，主管的角色已不只是分派任務、追蹤進度與解決問題，更重要的是能夠激發部屬潛能、引導團隊思考，並帶領組織持續達成目標。面對新世代員工高度自主、重視意義感與成長性的工作期待，傳統命令式管理已難以有效驅動團隊，主管更需要具備教練式領導力，以提問、傾聽、回饋與引導，協助部屬看見問題、承擔責任並採取行動。

本課程以「教練式領導」為核心，結合情境領導、績效管理、人才發展與AI輔助學習方法，協助學員從「管理事情」轉向「發展人才」，從「給答案」轉向「啟發思考」。課程將透過案例討論、角色扮演、教練對話演練與AI情境模擬，引導學員掌握不同領導情境下的教練介入時機，並學習如何運用AI工具進行對話模擬、提問優化、績效面談設計與領導反思分析。

本課程的特色在於將生成式AI導入領導力學習歷程，使AI成為學員的「第二位教練」。學員可透過AI模擬不同類型部屬，例如新進員工、低績效員工、抗拒改變者或高潛力人才，進行情境演練與即時回饋。AI亦可協助分析教練對話中的提問品質、回饋方式與引導深度，幫助學員更具體地看見自己的領導風格與溝通盲點。

完成本課程後，學員將能理解教練式領導的核心理念，判斷何時應採取指導、支持、授權或教練式引導，並能將AI工具應用於領導任務，包括績效面談、問題解決、部屬培育、接班人才發展與團隊目標達成。最終，學員將建立一套個人化的AI輔助教練式領導系統，使領導力不只是課堂上的知識，而能轉化為日常管理中的持續實踐能力。

In an era of rapid change and accelerating development of AI technology, the role of a supervisor is no longer just to assign tasks, track progress and solve problems. More importantly, it is to stimulate the potential of subordinates, guide team thinking, and lead the organization to continuously achieve goals. Faced with the new generation of employees' work expectations that are highly autonomous and value meaning and growth, traditional command-style management is no longer able to effectively drive teams. Supervisors need to have coaching leadership to ask questions, listen, give feedback and guide, to help subordinates see problems, take responsibility and take action.

This course takes "coaching leadership" as its core and combines situational leadership, performance management, talent development and AI-assisted learning methods to help students shift from "managing things" to "developing talents" and from "giving answers" to "inspiring thinking". Through case discussions, role plays, coaching dialogue exercises and AI situation simulations, the course will guide students to master the timing of coaching intervention in different leadership situations, and learn how to use AI tools for dialogue simulation, question optimization, performance interview design and leadership reflection analysis.

The feature of this course is to introduce generative AI into the leadership learning process, making AI the "second coach" for students. Students can use AI to simulate different types of subordinates, such as new employees, low-performing employees, people who are resistant to change, or high-potential talents, to conduct situational drills and real-time feedback. AI can also help analyze the quality of questions, feedback methods and depth of guidance in coaching conversations, helping students see their leadership style and communication blind spots more specifically.

After completing this course, students will be able to understand the core concepts of coaching leadership, determine when guidance, support, empowerment or coaching guidance should be adopted, and be able to apply AI tools to leadership tasks, including performance interviews, problem solving, subordinate cultivation, successor talent development and team goal achievement. Ultimately, students will build a personalized AI-assisted coaching leadership system, so that leadership is not just knowledge in the classroom, but can be transformed into continuous practical capabilities in daily management.
