o 行銷與運營數位化： 台中精機的數位行銷之路、供應鏈碳盤查實務。

模組三：組織治理與傳承創新 (The People)
核心：解決「誰來領導」與「如何長青」的組織靈魂問題。融合了「接班經驗」、「女性領導力」與「組織心理學」背景。

o 接班與傳承： 從接班到雙軸轉型、接班突圍下的安內穩定、二代思維。
o 文化與領導力： 企業組織文化 vs. 淨零排放、女性領導力論壇、社會創新。

Core: Solving the implementation problem of "how to create value through technology".
This module is used in the actual case of "Taichung Precision Machinery" to transform technology into replicable business practice.

o AI and new technologies: technological empowerment, a new era of AI cybersecurity, and AI-driven transformation.
