「雙軸轉型與永續領導:從傳統製造到智慧治理的傳承創新」

模組一:戰略定位與雙軸視野 (The Vision)
核心:解決「為什麼要轉型」與「轉向哪裡」的戰略問題。
此模組整合了在 APEC、產官學論壇及產業政策面的高度,確立企業在國際賽道上的定位。
• 關鍵內容分配:
o 雙軸轉型戰略: 數位綠色雙軸轉型(Digital & Green)、APEC 數位創新低碳轉型工作坊的經驗分享。
o 產業韌性與趨勢: 國家與產業韌性論壇、機械產業三軸轉型(數位、淨零、人才)。
o 全球化布局: 品牌力量走出國際、全球品牌策略。
• 教學目標: 幫助學員跳脫單一企業視角,從全球供應鏈與政策高度審視轉型的迫切性。

模組二:智慧實踐與數位賦能 (The Practice)
核心:解決「如何透過技術創造價值」的落地問題。
此模組運用在「台中精機」的實戰案例,將技術轉化為可複製的商業實踐。
• 關鍵內容分配:
o 智造落地: 打造智慧工廠
o AI 與新科技: 技術賦能、AI 網路安全新紀元、AI 驅動轉型。
o 行銷與運營數位化: 台中精機的數位行銷之路、供應鏈碳盤查實務。
• 教學目標: 提供具體的「實踐路徑圖」,讓學員看到從傳產跨入 AI 智造的真實挑戰與解法。

模組三:組織治理與傳承創新 (The People)
核心:解決「誰來領導」與「如何長青」的組織靈魂問題。融合了「接班經驗」、「女性領導力」與「組織心理學」背景。
• 關鍵內容分配:
o 接班與傳承: 從接班到雙軸轉型、接班突圍下的安內穩定、二代思維。
o 文化與領導力: 企業組織文化 vs. 淨零排放、女性領導力論壇、社會創新。
o 心法與哲學: 企業的成長與蛻變、承繼與創新的永續之道、不確定性中的轉機。
• 教學目標: 探討「人的轉型」,處理接班衝突、文化重塑與領導者的心智進化。

"Dual-axis transformation and sustainable leadership: inheritance and innovation from traditional manufacturing to smart governance"

Module 1: Strategic Positioning and Dual-Axis Vision (The Vision)
Core: Solve the strategic issues of "why to transform" and "where to turn".
This module integrates the height of APEC, industry-government-academic forums and industrial policies to establish the company's positioning on the international track.
• Key content assignment:
o Dual-axis transformation strategy: Sharing of experience in Digital & Green Dual-axis Transformation (Digital & Green) and APEC Digital Innovation Low-Carbon Transformation Workshop.
o Industrial resilience and trends: National and industrial resilience forum, three-axis transformation of the machinery industry (digital, net zero, talent).
o Global layout: Brand power goes global, global brand strategy.
• Teaching objectives: To help students break away from a single enterprise perspective and examine the urgency of transformation from the perspective of global supply chains and policies.

Module 2: Smart Practice and Digital Empowerment (The Practice)
Core: Solving the implementation problem of "how to create value through technology".
This module is used in the actual case of "Taichung Precision Machinery" to transform technology into replicable business practice.
• Key content assignment:
o Implementation of smart manufacturing: Build a smart factory
o AI and new technologies: technological empowerment, a new era of AI cybersecurity, and AI-driven transformation.
o Digitalization of marketing and operations: Taichung Precision Machinery’s digital marketing path and supply chain carbon inventory practice.
• Teaching objectives: Provide a specific "Practice Roadmap" to allow students to see the real challenges and solutions from traditional production to AI intelligent manufacturing.

Module 3: Organizational Governance, Inheritance and Innovation (The People)
Core: Solving the organizational soul issues of "who will lead" and "how to last forever". It combines the background of "succession experience", "female leadership" and "organizational psychology".
• Key content assignment:
o Succession and inheritance: From succession to dual-axis transformation, internal stability and second-generation thinking under succession breakthrough.
o Culture & Leadership: Organizational Culture vs. Net Zero, Women’s Leadership Forum, Social Innovation.
o Mentality and philosophy: The growth and transformation of enterprises, the sustainable path of inheritance and innovation, and turning points in uncertainty.
• Teaching objectives: Explore "human transformation", deal with succession conflicts, cultural reshaping and the mental evolution of leaders.
